Q. Are my communications with advertisers private?
A. Your communications with advertisers are between you and the advertiser so it depends on their privacy policy. SponsorFeedback does not capture your communication with advertisers.

Q. Why don’t you track more TV shows?
A. We track shows manually so have to choose the shows on what is most popular. As our tracker audience grows, we will monitor more shows.

Q. How do you track the commercials?
A. We use crowd-sourcing to view the actual commericals as they watch their favorite shows.  Select users are given access to online tools enabling them to validate advertisers when they are seen on TV shows, prominent web-sites, and large newspapers.

Q. How can I volunteer?
A. Use the Contact Us form and let us know. We created the site so it works on all devices to make it easier to mark when you see an advertisement.
