SponsorFeedback LLC is a US-based company that operates sponsorfeedback.com — a platform that helps consumers discover who advertises on television shows and connect directly with those advertisers to share feedback.
What information we collect
Information you give us
If you apply to become a Monitor, we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide in your application. If you are approved as a Monitor, your email is used to manage your account and send notifications related to your Monitor activity.
We do not require registration to browse the site, search shows, or click through to advertiser contact pages.
Automatic information
Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical data including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and timestamps. We use this data only to maintain site performance and diagnose technical problems. We do not sell or share this data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in if you are a Monitor. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent you from logging into your Monitor account.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your email address with third parties without your explicit consent.
- We do not allow advertisers to pay to have feedback removed or suppressed.
- We do not track your communications with advertisers — those are between you and them.
- We do not send marketing emails. Emails from us relate only to your Monitor account activity.
How we use your information
For Monitors, we use your email to send account-related notifications: application approvals, welcome instructions, and updates about advertiser submissions you have made. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by contacting us.
We use aggregate, anonymized usage data (such as which shows receive the most feedback activity) to improve the site and prioritize which shows to track.
Data security
Monitor account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use SSL encryption across the site. Access to user data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the platform.
Children
SponsorFeedback is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your Monitor account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at hello [at] sponsorfeedback [dot] com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Terms of use
By using SponsorFeedback, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not submit false, defamatory, or fabricated advertiser data. Monitors who repeatedly submit inaccurate data will have their access revoked. SponsorFeedback reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
The advertiser and show data on this site is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to keep it accurate, we cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy of all listings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered Monitors by email.
